Paralegal – Estate Planning -Encino California
The candidate will assist attorneys with drafting estate planning documents, and with the probate and trust administration. Candidate must have at least 2 solid years of experience in a Estate Planning department drafting various estate planning documents: trusts, wills, powers of attorney, assignments, deeds and client correspondence.
Candidate must have equal, relevant experience with probate and trust administration. Candidate must be professional, extremely organized, technologically savvy and efficient.
Candidate should be comfortable interacting with clients, as well as have strong oral and written communication. Candidate should be a California notary, or willing to obtain license.
