Your Recruiter will source and screen candidates from CareerBuilder, Monster, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, etc. … and will “direct recruit” passive candidates from other companies through email, phone and text. They will submit resumes with write-ups, provide daily reports on activity, as well as set up and confirm interviews.
