We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. While experience in employment law is a plus, we will consider candidates with strong litigation experience in other areas, such as insurance defense or personal injury.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of [Your State].
- Proven litigation experience.
- Experience with discovery, law and motion, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in insurance defense or personal injury litigation.
- Experience in employment law litigation.

This role offers hands-on experience in all facets of employment law and wage-and-hour class action and PAGA litigation, including the opportunity to take cases to mediation, develop negotiation and settlement strategies, and work directly with employer clients. Ideal candidates are strong writers, collaborative team players, and eager to deepen California employment law expertise.
