Highest Paying Jobs that Requires No Degree

07-28-2022 | By Devore Recruiting Blog Posts

Is the belief that one has to have a college education and a degree in order to have and attain a well-paying job quickly fading? Whatever your opinion is, reading this blog might just affect your answers. Let us look at some of the top jobs that pay well but require no degree at all.

Key Takeaway

Which high-paying jobs don’t require a degree?
Jobs like commercial pilots, real estate brokers, and tech sales can pay well without a formal degree.

How can I qualify for these roles?
Many require certifications, hands-on experience, or specialized training instead of a degree.

Is career growth possible?
Yes, performance, networking, and skill development often determine promotions and salary increases.

Why choose jobs without a degree?
They offer faster entry, lower education costs, and opportunities for high earnings.

P.S. We have previously posted a blog about getting into the medical field with no degree – this blog however does not limit to any field of expertise.

"Bita is EXACTLY what our facility needs. We have been working for a while at changing our image. She has joined us at precisely the right time. She is knowledgeable (extremely), hard working and committed to Quality Care. Because she is new, some leadership is challenging her, but she can handle it. The licensed nurses and CNAs LOVE her. She already has had a very positive impact. I am extremely grateful"
