Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and data-driven TikTok Shop & E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage our marketplace operations, performance optimization, affiliate outreach, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities

Shop Setup & Management
-
Create and configure TikTok Shops; ensure correct setup and compliance

Manage daily shop operations (settings, categories, compliance)
-
Oversee listing creation (variations, pricing, product details, optimization)

Order & Fulfillment Operations
-
Handle end-to-end order lifecycle: processing, updating tracking numbers, monitoring fulfillment
-
Coordinate with logistics/fulfillment partners to meet SLAs and ensure smooth delivery

Resolve order issues and communicate proactively with relevant teams
-

Account Health & Compliance
-
Monitor account health metrics and the shop's performance score
-
Identify, manage, and resolve any policy violations
-
Maintain a deep understanding of TikTok Shop SLAs and performance standards
-

Affiliate Outreach & Management
-
Conduct affiliate outreach using API-based tools (e.g., Euka AI, Reacher)
-
Negotiate affiliate partnerships, manage relationships, and drive conversion
-
Approve creator samples and track sample ROI/performance
-

Community & Communication
-
Manage and grow the Discord community (affiliates, creators, customers)
-
Coordinate communication about product launches, promotions, campaigns

TikTok Shop Ads & Strategy

Develop and implement TikTok Shop ad strategies to boost sales

Build, launch, and optimize campaign creatives, budgets, and bids
-
Track ad performance, ROAS, and optimize for better results
-

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare weekly reports on:

Sales & revenue
-
Campaign/ad performance
-
Affiliate outreach & conversions
-
Order operations & fulfillment metrics
-
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance

Qualifications
-
Experience working with TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce/marketplace platforms
-
Knowledge of TikTok Shop SLAs, account health metrics, and performance management
-
Experience using outreach automation tools like Euka AI or Reacher
-
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
-
Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager or TikTok Shop Ads is a plus
-
Previous experience in affiliate or influencer management is preferred
Salary: $1,200 – $1,500
