Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Remote Recruiter to support a Senior Living Community with end-to-end hiring needs. The ideal candidate has strong LinkedIN sourcing skills, exceptional communication abilities, and hands-on experience using Kronos (UKG) as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role requires someone who can manage multiple requisitions, maintain organized workflows, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
- Use UKG ATS to track applicants, update candidate records, and maintain pipeline accuracy.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess experience, availability, and alignment with role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth, professional process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and manage expectations.
- Prepare recruitment reports and updates as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team and department heads to understand staffing priorities.
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and a high level of organization at all times.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment; experience supporting U.S. healthcare clients required.
- Prior experience using UKG as an ATS is required.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience recruiting for healthcare or senior living roles is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST.
Salary: $1200-$1500 (depending on experience)
