Remote Personal Injury Assoc. Attorney (PH – remote)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Remote Attorney with strong, hands-on experience in personal injury litigation and discovery.
The ideal candidate understands the litigation process and can independently support the onshore attorneys with propounding and responding to written discovery, subpoenas, document review, and case investigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support active personal injury matters, including auto accidents, premises liability, and other injury claims.
- Prepare, propound, and respond to written discovery, including:
- Interrogatories
- Requests for Production
- Requests for Admission
- Discovery responses and objections
- Handle party discovery from preparation through responses and follow-up.
- Prepare and manage subpoenas for medical records, business records, and other third-party information.
- Review discovery responses and document productions and identify missing or deficient information.
- Assist with meet-and-confer correspondence and discovery disputes.
- Track discovery deadlines, court dates, and other deadlines.
- Organize medical records, evidence, case documents, and other litigation materials.
- Conduct online factual investigation, including research of parties, witnesses, businesses, social media, court records, and other public sources.
- Assist with depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on personal injury paralegal experience, with a strong focus on litigation.
- Demonstrated experience propounding and responding to written discovery.
- Strong understanding of:
- Party discovery
- Subpoenas
- Discovery responses and objections
- Document review and analysis
- Discovery deadlines and procedures
- Experience handling and organizing medical records and personal injury case documentation.
- Strong online investigation and legal research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case-management systems.

- Full-time, remote
- U.S. Pacific Time business hours
Salary: $15/hr
