Responsibilities and Duties:
- Proactively prospect and generate leads for new appointments
- Cultivate business relationships through proactive networking
- Secure and represent seller clients in listing and marketing their properties.
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses to determine optimal listing prices.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for listed properties, including creating compelling online and print materials, hosting open houses, and utilizing virtual tours.
- Pre-qualify potential buyers and conduct property showings.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, from listing to closing.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
- Attend team scripting, training, and weekly meetings as required
Qualifications:
- Valid real estate license in the state of MN.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate.
- Valid MN driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
- Proficiency in real estate marketing and technology.
- Embraces lifelong learning to be better personally and professionally.
- Willingness to acknowledge our own mistakes, and extend grace to others for theirs.
- Desire to first understand others, before trying to be understood.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- History of praising others in public and correcting others in private.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $200,000 per year
Compensation package:
- 100% commission
- Bonus opportunities
- Commission only
- Independent Contractor position, receiving an annual 1099.
Recommended hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Weekdays, evenings and weekends dependent on clients’ needs.
