This role is ideal for a candidate in the Philippines who has strong experience (minimum 4 years) supporting U.S. immigration cases and enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients, helping prepare immigration filings and ensuring cases move forward smoothly. What you'll do
Under attorney and senior paralegal supervision, you will assist with preparing and managing a variety of family-based immigration and naturalization matters, including:
- I-130, Petition for Alien Relative
- I-485, Application to Adjust Status
- Immigrant Visa Consular Processing
- N-400, Application for Naturalization
- I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Drafting immigration forms
- Reviewing evidence in support of immigration petitions/applications
- Compiling immigration petitions/applications
- Reviewing filings for accuracy and completeness
- Organizing case files and tracking deadlines
- Communicating with clients via email regarding required documents and case updates
- Responding to emails and client inquiries within one business day
- Supporting attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely and successful filings
Preferred Tools & Skills
Experience with the following tools is helpful:
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Adobe / PDF editing tools
- BlueDot or other immigration case management systems
Strong attention to detail, organization, and written English communication are essential for this role.
