About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to a senior executive based in the Redondo Beach/Lynwood area. This role requires a professional who can manage multiple projects, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including calendar management, travel coordination, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
- Assist with multiple business and personal projects, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
- Maintain organized systems for tracking tasks, documents, and project progress.
- Coordinate errands or tasks that may require occasional visits to the executive’s home office in the Redondo Beach/Lynwood area.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally on behalf of the executive.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives.
- Prior experience supporting a Nursing Home Administrator or Executive Director (ED) is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools.
- Must have a valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or related industries is a plus.
- Discreet, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Some of the tasks:
• Follow up on daily reports, vendor follow-ups, and weekly business updates
• Manage calendar, inbox, and personal tasks
• Compare pricing, track inventory, and collaborate with vendors
• Create structure and simple SOPs for recurring tasks.
• Take charge of personal and business LinkedIn profile and social media profiles
Schedule: Full-time, onsite 3 days/week
Note:
They may have to go to the buildings on occasion between the SNFs and ALFs, not sure if that should be in there so they’re comfortable. They may need to go to Fullerton, LA or Whittier.
