Director of Staff Development Our client, a premiere Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), is seeking a LVN Director of Staff Development (DSD) to orient and train new and existing staff.
As the Director of Staff Development (DSD), you will prepare, develop, and implement a comprehensive staff development plan annually, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and changing them as needed to improve effectiveness.

Responsibilities
As the Director of Staff Development, you'll direct and coordinate all in-service educational programs of the facility in accordance with the current Federal, State, and Local Regulations, as well as develop and direct orientation programs for skilled nursing personnel. You'll provide leadership, remain current on new developments and maintain a working relationship with the Medical Profession and other related organizations. You'll also develop, maintain and secure records, reports, instructional manuals and reference materials pertinent to in-service programs.
