Access Healthcare Associates is a fast growing mobile medical practice catering to the senior population.
We are currently looking for a full-time Clinical Receptionist/Virtual Assistant. This role is primarily in charge of answering multi-line phones, documenting in the EMR software and performing general office duties. The ideal candidate will have an interest in and prior experience with the elderly population, have a can DO IT all attitude and a teamplayer. This role is an entry level position with room for growth.

Our medical practice offers quality medical care to seniors in their place of residence. We are committed to improving the quality and scope of medical care provided to the elderly population. We provide a broad scope of care specializing in geriatrics, house calls, post-acute rehabilitation, wound care, palliative and hospice care, chronic disease management, and much more.
We see patients in the following locations: skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, independent/assisted
living facilities, board and care facilities, and private homes.
Responsibilities and Duties
Answer multi-line phones
Comply with the practice triage policy and procedures
Assessing the nature and urgency of the enquiry and liaising with colleagues to arrange
appointments or urgent advice
Creating patient cases
Check daily voicemails
Helps patients in distress by responding to emergencies
Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial
Send weekly conference agenda
Monitor and oversee assigned Athena buckets
Miscellaneous clinical/administrative tasks
Supporting the clinical team
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Fluent English, able to speak and write proficiently
Very strong computer skills (including Health Records, MS Office and Adobe)
Excellent verbal & written communication
Excellent interpersonal skills
Professional appearance & demeanor
Dedicated, reliable & punctual
RN License in Philippines
