- Our mid-sized law firm (20 attorneys) is seeking a highly experienced and self-sufficient Paralegal with 5–10 years of litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of stability—preferably with at least 3–4 years at a single firm—and bring a deep understanding of complex legal proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain comprehensive and well-structured trial binders to support trial teams.
- Manage document production and document management systems, including use of eDiscovery tools.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests (interrogatories, document requests, requests for admission, etc.).
- Conduct legal research to support litigation and transactional matters.
- Support attorneys in matters involving entertainment, real estate, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and commercial transactions.
- Coordinate and manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and filings for state and federal court matters.
- Prepare and file legal documents electronically with various court systems.

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of paralegal experience, with a focus on litigation in state and federal courts.
- Experience with entertainment law, real estate law, bankruptcy, and commercial transactions is highly valued.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with eDiscovery software and document review platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently; this role does not include support from legal secretaries.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
