You will work closely with attorneys and clients, helping prepare immigration filings and ensuring cases move forward smoothly. The firm values team members who take ownership of their work, communicate proactively, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
What you'll do
Under attorney supervision, you will assist with preparing and managing a variety of employment- and family-based immigration matters, including:

H-1B, E-2/E-3, TN, J-1, L-1, O-1, and P visas

EB-1 petitions
-
I-130 petitions
-
Immigrant Visa Consular Processing (IV CP)

Adjustment of Status (AOS)
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Drafting petitions and supporting documentation

Researching and compiling case materials
-
Reviewing filings for accuracy and completeness

Organizing case files and tracking deadlines

Communicating with clients regarding required documents and case updates

Responding to emails and client inquiries within one business day

Supporting attorneys to ensure timely and successful filings
Preferred Tools & Skills
Experience with the following tools is helpful:

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)

Adobe / PDF editing tools

BlueDot or other immigration case management systems
Strong attention to detail, organization, and written English communication are essential for this role.

Salary: $12-$15/hour
Work arrangement: full-time, 100% remote
Schedule: US Pacific office hours, Mon-Fri
