About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to join our growing Trust and Estate practice in Encino, CA. This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative legal environment and is passionate about estate planning and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Support trust administration and probate matters from start to finish
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and relevant agencies
- Maintain and organize client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and third parties regarding case status and documentation
- Conduct legal research related to trust and estate matters
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on Trust and Estate law
- Strong understanding of estate planning and trust administration processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
