We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Trust and Estate practice in Encino, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for recent law school graduates who have completed coursework in Trusts and Estates and are looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, fast-paced legal environment.
You’ll work closely with experienced attorneys, gaining practical exposure to estate planning and trust administration while building a strong foundation in a highly specialized and in-demand area of law.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in drafting estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
- Support trust administration and probate matters from initiation through completion
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and relevant agencies
- Communicate with clients and third parties to gather information and provide updates
- Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case preparation
- Maintain organized and accurate client files and track important deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) or recent law school graduate with coursework in Trusts and Estates
- Strong interest in estate planning, probate, and trust administration
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment
