Medical Office Manager / Property Manager

Job Title: Medical Office Manager / Medical Assistant / Physician Assistant 
Location: Culver City, CA (with occasional in-person visits to Westwood)
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $20–$50/hour (commensurate with experience)

Practice Overview
We are a small practice with approximately 70 patients. The practice follows a cash-pay model only—no insurance, no billing, and no Medicare. The physician sees an average of 8–9 patients per day, resulting in a calm, low-volume clinical environment.

Position Summary
We are seeking a flexible, patient-focused professional to support both the medical practice and light property management needs. This role is ideal for someone with a background as a Medical Assistant, Physician Assistant, or Medical Practice Office Manager who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and communicating confidently with patients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Office Responsibilities (Light Workload):

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients via phone

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients regarding scheduling, questions, and general support

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative operations of the medical practice

  • Support the physician in maintaining smooth clinic workflows

  • Ensure a positive and welcoming patient experience

Property Management Support:

  • Handle phone calls and basic communication with tenants

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to a rental property

  • Make occasional in-person visits to the rental property in Westwood when needed

  • Coordinate or follow up on minor property-related matters

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Medical Assistant, Physician Assistant, or Medical Office/Practice Manager

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Direct Primary Care or similar outpatient setting preferred

  • Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with patients and tenants by phone

  • Background or experience in property management is required

  • Highly flexible, organized, and dependable

  • Comfortable working in a low-volume, non-traditional medical practice environment
