About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Virtual Assistant with legal admin experience to support a growing law firm. The ideal candidate will be confident in client communications and experienced in legal office operations.
Work Hours: Full-time | Must be available to work Pacific Time hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and confidently discuss the firm’s services with potential clients
- Respond to and follow up with clients via email and phone in a timely, professional manner
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, such as setting up meetings, managing multiple calendars, organizing electronic files, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant in a law firm setting
- Strong knowledge of legal services and ability to clearly explain them to clients
- Confident phone presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in identifying qualified leads for consultations
- Proven expertise in office software and cloud services for file management
- Hands-on experience in using common law firm CRM programs
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools and systems
