Attorney – Family Law
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney to join our team. This role requires a strong commitment to client service, litigation expertise, and the ability to manage a full caseload while meeting monthly billable hour expectations of 1,500–1,600 hours.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in the courtroom, and capable of providing strategic guidance across a broad spectrum of family law matters.
Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, support matters, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, paternity cases, and domestic violence proceedings.

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and settlement proposals.

Conduct client consultations, maintain regular communication, and provide strategic advice throughout the litigation process.

Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary.

Manage a full caseload while maintaining high standards of professional ethics and client service.

Maintain accurate and detailed billing records to meet monthly billable hour requirements (1,500–1,600 hours).
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, strategies, and best practices for effective case management.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Someone with approximately 7 years of legal experience, which doesn't need to be exclusively in family law

Active membership in the California State Bar.

Strong knowledge of California family law statutes, rules, and procedures.

Exceptional litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and billable hour expectations.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation.

salary ranges from $150k to $250k depending on experience, plus a 10% origination bonus on fees from new clients they bring in
