Associate Attorney – Franchise / Trademark / Intellectual Property
A well-established San Fernando Valley law firm is seeking an exceptional Associate Attorney with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Franchise, Trademark, and Intellectual Property law to join our growing practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a variety of franchise and intellectual property matters, including trademark clearance and prosecution, brand protection, licensing agreements, franchise disclosure documents (FDDs), franchise agreements, and general intellectual property advisory work. Experience with trademark enforcement, IP portfolio management, and transactional support is highly preferred.
Strong academic credentials, analytical ability, and legal writing skills are essential. The role requires an attorney with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, sound judgment, and a proven willingness to take on significant responsibility while managing a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
