organizational, communication, follow-up and sales skills. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting sales and marketing efforts to attract, engage, and convert prospects into long-term clients. The position is virtual and supports the dynamic work of a business development coach.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Actively follow up with prospects generated through various channels, including webinar attendance, ProVisors, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Coordinate prospect scheduling and ensure timely communication to move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Support prospecting efforts by researching potential clients and strategic partners.
Marketing Support:
- Coordinate and event logistics, including setting up Zoom meetings, creating registration pages, and providing co-hosting support. (FAST program)
- Manage and update client assessments and resources.
- Help optimize CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Go High Level) to support targeted campaigns and communication strategies.
Administrative Support:
- Organize and maintain sales and marketing files through Dropbox.
- Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings and calls with prospects, strategic partners, and clients.
- Send out e-cards and mailed cards through online system to clients, prospects, strategic partners, and past clients.
- Manage Outlook calendar.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales support and/or marketing roles, ideally in the financial services sector.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a strong focus on client service.
- Proficiency with GoHighLevel, Google Docs, Dropbox, Calendly and Zoom.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
- A self-starter with a positive, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Location: Virtual (supporting business located in Moraga, California).
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with financial services.
- Experience in sales and pipeline management.
- Executive administration experience
SCHEDULE: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (as preferred by the client)
BENEFITS: full remote, fixed weekends off, paid time-off and health insurance after probationary period
SALARY: $700-$1,000 / month depending on experience
