Our Physical Therapy client is a locally-owned business with four locations in Shreveport, Bossier City (East and South), and Minden, LA. Our goal is to build and refine the area's top providers who put patients first and are committed to delivering the best physical therapy experience possible.

We are looking for a full-time licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist who can help our high school athletes, weekend warriors, Crossfitters, parents, and grandparents get out of pain and living the life they want. Our patients deserve the best care, and that's why we offer driven, goal-oriented physical therapists the training, support, and tools to help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat physical disorders, injuries, and disabilities using a variety of techniques and modalities.
  • Perform hands-on treatment techniques.
  • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to plan patient treatment.
  • Provide support, encouragement, and motivation to patients.
  • Ensure the safety of patients and colleagues during home therapy.
  • Provide education on proper diet, nutrition, rest, exercise, etc. to patients and family members to help them understand how to maintain their newly-acquired physical functionality and prevent future injury/disability.

Qualifications:

  • PT License or you're planning to apply for licensure
  • Full-time availability
  • Experience in pre and post-operative rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and geriatrics
