Paralegal – Litigation Probate for Trust & Estate Planning
Well-established Encino Firm seeks an exceptional paralegal to assist our Trust and Estate Planning Practice Group. Our ideal candidate is trustworthy, responsible, well-organized, and able to work with multiple lawyers in a small, highly service-oriented practice and able assist with the administration of trusts and decedent’s estates, gift, and property tax issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Paralegal – Litigation Probate for Trust & Estate Planning
- 1 to 3 years LITIGATION PARALEGAL experience
- Applicant must have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of substantive and current estate planning and probate experience and be a credentialed paralegal in California.
- Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel in particular), Adobe and Outlook;
- be detail oriented; have strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities and multitask across multiple projects; and the ability to work in a team environment.
