The client is a mental health clinic providing psychotherapy services to a wide array of clients. We offer opportunities to work with children, adolescents, teens, and adults of all ages.
We serve culturally diverse populations of various socio-economic backgrounds and age groups. Change Within Reach will provide you with as many clients as you need, we are extremely busy. We are currently hiring ONLY California LICENSED clinicians – Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to provide psychotherapy services via telehealth. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
Responsibilities of Therapist:
- Competence in providing therapy services to a diverse client population
- Ability to complete high-quality session documentation in a timely manner
- Good people skills and ability to connect with people in a warm, nurturing way while also setting boundaries and enforcing policies
- Ability to follow practice policies and ensure that treatment services are in accordance with the client’s practices
- Attention to detail and ability to manage client caseload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as a part of a team
Requirements of Therapist:
- Must be a California Licensed clinician
- Strong Work Ethic
- Passionate about Clinical work
- Part-Time – Minimum 20 clinical hours per week
- Full Time – Minimum 30 clinical hours per week (In addition to regular business hours, we are open during evenings and weekends)
- Ability to complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements
