About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in tools and platforms used in modern recruitment and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality leads to support our business development efforts. You will work closely with our marketing and recruiting teams to identify prospects, build lead lists, and manage email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Expandi to manage outreach campaigns using message templates

• Use ZoomInfo to filter and extract both candidate and client leads, set up campaigns, send mass emails, and manage templates

• Manage contacts and outreach campaigns using Bullhorn, including uploading leads and sending bulk messages

• Set up and optimize campaigns in Sense for engagement and automation

• Work independently on daily lead generation activities while also collaborating effectively with a remote team

• Proactively find and suggest technical solutions to improve the company’s marketing and lead generation strategies

• Track results and suggest optimizations to enhance campaign performance

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist

• Hands-on experience using:

• Expandi and message automation

• ZoomInfo for lead filtering, mass email setup, and campaign management

• Bullhorn CRM for lead uploads and bulk messaging

• Sense for campaign execution
