About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Law Firm Assistant to join our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate has prior administrative experience in a law firm setting and is comfortable handling legal documents, managing mailings, and supporting attorneys and staff with day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents, files, and correspondence

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including document mailing and tracking

Assist with case file management, scanning, copying, and filing

Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff

Coordinate with couriers, vendors, and other external parties as needed

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Required: Prior administrative experience in a law firm or legal environment

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)

Pay rate: $22-$30/hr (depending on experience)
