Job Description
Well-established San Fernando Valley Firm seeks to add a third or fourth-year associate to its Corporate Practice Group. The role requires a lawyer to assist clients in handling complex business tranactions to ensure these transactions meet all risk and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with clients to develop favorable terms
- Review documents for accuracy, comprehensiveness, and compliance with all relevant regulations
- Assist in corporate legal processes such as mergers and transactions
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of corporate taxations, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law
- Familiarity with corporate structures
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Candidates must be in good standing with CA State Bar.
