Job Title: Executive Virtual Assistant (Legal Support)
Work Hours: Full-time | Must be available to work Pacific Time hours
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Virtual Assistant with legal admin experience to support a growing law firm. The ideal candidate will be confident in client communications, experienced in legal office operations, and familiar with marketing tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and confidently discuss the firm's services with potential clients

Screen inquiries and determine client eligibility for the firm's free 15-minute consultation

Respond to and follow up with clients via email and phone in a timely, professional manner

Manage and execute marketing initiatives, including posting to social media platforms and LinkedIn

Coordinate and send client-drafted newsletters through Mailchimp

Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant in a law firm setting

Strong knowledge of legal services and ability to clearly explain them to clients

Confident phone presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to exercise sound judgment in identifying qualified leads for consultations

Proven experience using Mailchimp to distribute email campaigns or newsletters

Familiarity with professional social media platforms, especially LinkedIn

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools and systems
Preferred Qualifications:
