We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales and Marketing ?V?A to join our remote team.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to set appointments (cold and warm calls) with agents, focusing on those with recent listings from a pre-selected list.

Schedule Zoom or in-person meetings for our team with prospective partners.

Reach out to high-producing agents to invite them to exclusive educational and networking events.

Make follow-up calls to warm leads and event attendees to build ongoing engagement.

Track and organize call outcomes, contact details, and appointment results using our company CRM and a custom spreadsheet.
- Assist with event-related outreach and communication, ensuring strong attendance and agent engagement.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or real estate industry

Comfortable making cold and warm calls in a professional and confident manner.

Strong organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with CRM tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
SCHEDULE: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (as preferred by the client)
BENEFITS: full remote, fixed weekends off, paid time-off and health insurance after probationary period
SALARY: $700-$1,000 / month depending on experience
