Legal assistant – Trademark
Well-established Los Angeles San Fernando Valley Firm seeks an exceptional paralegal to assist our Intellectual Property Practice Group. Ideal candidate is organized, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Trademark and Copyright, and able to work with multiple busy lawyers in an active, highly service-oriented practice. At our firm, you will nurture client relationships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must have of 5 plus years of current and substantive trademark experience. Applicant must be proficient in drafting and filing trademark applications; responding to Office Actions; maintaining and updating trademark dockets; preparing pleading for trademark trials and is familiar with Appeal Board proceedings.

Pay: $44,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
