Job Responsibilities:
- Video editing – must have intermediate video editing skills
- The client publishes his weekly radio program content as a podcast. This task is done 4 times a month and the content is recorded in Zoom.
- someone to edit the raw to the radio show format, spotify, and guest pack weekly. (These edits require custom made assets like overlays and commercials.)
- Marketing – The client’s business model follows the B2B standard, so the VA will be reaching out and following up with professionals such as lawyers, financial advisors, and other experts who advise their clients on mortgages. We are looking for someone who has/can/is:
- At least 2 years of experience in cold calling licensed professionals such as attorneys and financial advisors
- Experience in marketing on LinkedIn (knowledge in Sales Navigator is a plus)
- Keen attention to detail – The client expects the VA to keep tabs on all previous and current contacts, and when to follow up again.
- Highly knowledgeable in different online software such as Google suite and MS Office
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Zoho CRM experience is required
- Background in real estate is preferred but not required
- The candidate will be guided/trained, but the ideal person must be able to hit the ground running
- Tasks are repetitive, so we need someone who is dedicated in getting the tasks done right and on time
- Schedule: 9AM – 6PM PST (1-hour lunch)Pay rate: $800-$1,000 (DOE)
