Summary:
Well-established San Fernando Valley Firm seeks an exceptional paralegal to assist our Trust and Estate Planning Practice Group. Our ideal candidate is trustworthy, responsible, well-organized with 1 to 3 years paralegal experience, able to work with multiple busy lawyers in an active, highly service-oriented practice and able assist with the administration of trusts and decedent’s estates, gift, and property tax issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Applicant must have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of substantive and current estate planning paralegal experience and be a credentialed paralegal in California.
- Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel in particular), Adobe and Outlook;
- be detail oriented; have strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities and multitask across multiple projects; and the ability to work in a team environment.

Pay scale per annum is from $60,000-$105,000 plus bonus
