Position: Audio/Visual Media Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Dedicated and creative individual who wants to be a team player as a Media Coordinator, who will directly report to the managing editors. Plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our online presence, creating engaging content, ensuring effective communication through various media channels, and having the ability to or be familiar with editing software, layout, and design. The media coordinator will produce and edit media, audio, and other forms of digital outreach that reflect and promote the mission and vision of our company.

- Digital Ad Creation and Procurement
- Email Design, Procurement and Distribution
- Magazine Layout: Image Procurement
- Print Ad Creation
- Podcast Scheduling
- Social Media Post Creation and Distribution
- Social Media Reel Creation
- Media Kit Creation
- Coordinate with customers’ design needs and respond promptly
- Social Media: fulfill the duties required for mandatory posting
- Have a basic understanding of search engine optimization.
- Plan and schedule Facebook posts aligned with our strategy
- Assist team members as needed (editing, graphic design, for clients’ print and digital ads, etc.)
Qualifications
- College degree preferred in graphic design, Marketing, or journalism.
- Two to three years of experience preferred
- Must be able to respond to clients if needed via email or phone
- Must be able to meet deadlines of various hours
- Must have access to high-speed internet.
