How does our pay by the day hiring program work?

1. We are going to match you up with a recruiter

This headhunter will look for an employee on a daily basis by searching through job organizations online and direct hiring

2. Resumes and Application Write Up

Once we find the right candidate/s we will send you their Resumes and Application Write Up for you to know more about them and their achievements.

3. Scheduling the Interview

We will set up the interview and exams (if there is any) as well as other required hiring process.

4. Your assigned headhunter's tasks

Source and screen candidates and forward resumes to you. Set up interviews with your hiring managers while they report their day to day tasks. Our headhunters also have access to popular resume databases such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, etc. for faster candidate search.

Direct Recruit passive candidates from other companies like yours and their availability through email, chats, etc. during the whole length of the contract that you signed up for.

Going with a Contingency Search Firm, when hiring a mid level manager for you open position with a salary of $80,000 – you would be spending between $16,000 to $20,000 placement fee.

    • Sean DeVore is a hard working father of two who maintains no ties with past employees who have gone on to say awful things. He stands for liberty and human rights, and carries good values in his practice. Low ratings here reflect a misunderstanding perpetuated by internet tabloids and a single ex-employee who has long been shut out completely from the de Vore enterprise. I would recommend this company for anyone seeking recruiting, especially after speaking with Sean about the integrity he maintains in his business and clientele.
