2. Partner Recruitment Program
- $1000 monthly partnership fee, per facility/community
- ZERO cost – no placement fee at all for any Care Giver, Home Health Aid, CNA and Hospitality hires.
- Discounted fee 15 % on all other placements
- Extended guarantee! 30 days 100% money back, then a prorated guarantee to a FULL YEAR from hire
- We can set up an automatic withdrawal via debit or credit so you don’t have to process monthly payments and our guarantee is always honored.
3. Contingency Program
- 20-25% one time placement fee (negotiated in advance based on multiple factors)
- Paid only after you’ve hired one of our candidates
- 120 day guarantee: 30 days 100% money back, then 90 days prorated
