The Associate Executive Director Assisted Living has full responsibility under the direction of the Executive Director to direct the 24-hour operation of the community within the company policies and practices and applicable state and federal laws. Ensures efficient operations, consistent quality of services, and maximized revenues. Ensures a safe, motivating and healthy environment for residents and employees. Position is performed through exemplifying the organization’s core values.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
•Must possess financial acumen and excellent organization, interpersonal, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.
•Minimum of 5 years progressive management experience with P&L responsibility, prior experience in senior living, healthcare, or hotel management preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and Continuing Care Retirement Community operations preferred.
•Ability to effectively recruit, develop and supervise staff.
•Financial management experience with full P&L responsibility.
•Exceptional leadership skills.
•Passion for serving the senior population with knowledge, understanding, and ability in handle gerontological issues providing a comfortable link between family and residents.
•Bachelor’s degree required.
